Attia: "That’s a good school.” It’'s a phrase students hear all the time.

It’s used to describe certain colleges, but it’s not just a description. It’s a judgment.

It’s a social designation telling you whether you’re in the club or not.

CCBC Students:

Emerald: “I didn’t get good grades”
Candice: “I lack drive”
Chauna: “I’m working my way through”
Ethan:  “I didn’t take the SATs”
Nakyrah: “I don’t have money”
Emerald: “I’m first generation”
Chauna: “I’m struggling”

Attia: “Good School.” it’s not just a phrase,  It defines who we are. It determines our future success. It determines our social network and it determines our social mobility.

Ayana:
“I don’t own a  yacht” “I don’t know what a crew team is” and I don’t care – I just want a teacher who cares about helping me

Attia: Join the students of the Community College of Baltimore County as they explore the concept of a “good school”.
